Today we had two ladies here cleaning the house and I told you that they were helping us.  You then started saying, "the doctor helped my owie on my foot.  I was crying (insert fake cries) I go home (fake cries) and the doctor was helping my foot feel better."  That was August 17th.  It is nice that you believe us that the doctor was helping you even though it hurt - but crazy that THAT is your automatic memory for "help."
