I just sneezed and you said nothing.
Mama: "Emily, did you hear that sneeze?"
Emily: Yes.
Mama: AND??
Emily: It was loud.
Mama: What are you supposed to say?
Emily: Nice one, Mom.  (insert chuckle by Mama and then you)  Bless you, Mama.
