You have been having terrible allergy issues for about 5 days now.  Your cough got pretty bad over the weekend and so I called the doctor to get you in today.  When she asked again why you were coming in (trying to remember, "did you say she has a cough?") and I said, "yes, she has a cough."  You had just walked in the room and shouted out, "no, I don't have a cough!"  The lady laughed and I reminded you of your choking fits and begging for medicine - she thought it was pretty funny and cute.
